Preparing for my KL trip

The electric piano's arrived!!!

Thank you Puipui sis. Love you loads <3

Customised car card for a dear customer. I really think that it's a very cute car, looks like a bumpy Volkswagen. The couple's initials are written on the car plate. The gas coming out from the car forms a heart shape. I further added the couple's caricature on the car's windown pane, unfortunately I forgot to take a picture.

I haven't pack up my stuff yet. We ( Coco & I) will be driving up to KL next morning. Can hardly wait! Wish me a good journey!

New House

This, below,

is basically our new house. We bought this piece back from the high court's auction for a really good price. See how Brother Zen is so happy with it.

Garden accessories include old bird house, old penguins...

& an old flock.

Lots of pots for gardening.

Piles of letter for the previous owner.

& what's more shocking is, the previous owner left his Honda City here. We 've just bought more than a house.

And practically, the new house is just OPPOSITE our rent house now. Funny, that's why we can go there & start to renovate it every evening.

Our friendly neighbours

Talk less here cuz I have more to tell in future. At last my dream has came true. That is to start a new house from zero. Like how people in other countries build their own garden, furniture, design themselves & decorate themselves.

A naughty kids' camp

Fun. Noise. & Chaos. I was being pulled to be the kids' teacher in the 2 day camp at the BLIA temple. My group of monkeys consisted of 8 young energetic male monkey-lings & 5 sweet female monkey-lings.

& all in all, there were 130 of them. With a few teachers.

Here they're doing the chaotic floor dance. Their sweats all sticked onto the floor tiles.

My cute little Yibin.

The bunch of Monchichis.

& my few posing TOP MODELS.

I was really reluctant to join in the weekend with them initially, but the 2-day camp ended happily. The toilets were darn lung-choking & their left food could pile up a hill. & my little ones told me I looked like a zombie at the 2nd day. But I'm happy to be there, after all.
Those little angels can melt your heart instantly without failure.

What can I do without my drawing tablet?

My drawing tablet is now at its PhD state. Yes, Permanent Head Damage. Everytime I plug in the USB, it starts to 'quarrel' with the mouse for the arrow. Ok, if you don't understand what I mean, one day you'll know when you're using it too.

That means I can't draw things again =(

I got out the first earning I have to pay up for my first piano school fee. Yes, you get me! I'm back to hit the music again! I was so happy to find a great teacher offering piano classes at cheap payment! If I still can't decide to play again, it will be too old before I regret. & Yes, and my dream is to own a white baby grand or grand piano in future * chuckle*
But of course, part of the earning from making those cards are contributed to China's earthquake disaster. Everytime I teared upon reading the papers & eventually told mum to donate it all out. I can't help anything, but that's the least I can do to the unfortunate ones.

Paperbar - my tiny cardmaking place

Sharks. Guess I can't hide it anymore since Cas has revealed out my secret!

Yes fellas, I've tried out a cardmaking blog so do check out this tiny space of mine at Paperbar. At first I was thinking of just a try out, since I was SOOOOOO BORING NOWADAYS. Actually not. I've been driving, renovating the new house, giving naughty kids tuitions, but I still feel like sitting down at the computer doing something AGAIN.

Maybe I've lost confidence after what had happened last year. Failed my school. Failed my parents. Failed myself. It's a year of chalk & dust, & I keep thinking, " What the heck no one will buy cards from you. There's a whole bunch in the shopping malls, cheaper too!!!"

But after seeing Cas's tag, I gave out a LONGGGGG SSssigh. Ya maybe I should really try out this time. Failure or not, scares who but not me. It's just the tiniest part of my life, & yet I'm taking time for granted & complaining this & that & blaming everything to myself. But when I look back all those time, it's not that bad after all.

At least I'm still here, alive & kickin'. So dear all, please do support me ya! I'm not intending to earn or whatsoever, I just wanna love the way life is now. & please date me out since Jeffrey threw me alone here (sob sob), gonna have a long-awaiting date with my girls! I hope if I use some of your names, please say "never mind it's alright" cuz I love all of your names!
I used some of the faux jewels Net gave me few years ago, & did something like this!

Paper basket with lots of love

Since after their exams, I decided to let my sweetheart students to be more relaxed at their previous lessons. So there will be NO MATHS/ SCIENCE TEXTBOOKS OR ASSIGNMENTS! How they cheered cuz we settled down to do some messy artsy handicrafts.

So we first started by rolling old magazine papers. All my Cawaii & Mina magazines were all gone for good!

Tie, tie, tie. Plaid, plaid, plaid. Tear, tear, tear

Paint, paint, paint. They wanna use awkward colours like continental blue! Yet I insisted to use burnt umber & violet deep red.

Done, done, done! Our paper basket is done! Our plaitings were messy, but it came out just as good!
Ended up myy favourite Wanling took it home as a Mother's Day gift.

Handpainted Wood

I am totally inspired by cottage designs!

Hence, I had completed painting the floral design as a gift for Dear Jeff's parents ( Uncle Jimmy's belated birthday cum Aunt Jenny's Mother's Day gift).
Credits below:
1.Inspired by Pure Magic flora in the Gardener's Idea Book
- Diamond Frost ( euphorbia hybrid) but I thought it looked like morning glorys
- Opal Innocence ( Nemesia fruticans hybrid) which are those white tiny flowers
2. Walnut Hollow Basswood Country Round
I hope they like it thought. Nervous**
