This is for Xiaorui & all who are going to take the NAFA entrance test!
Basically, for my case ( Fine art or Applied Design), the test is divided into 2 parts. For the 1st section, you can draw anything ( as in any object), all you gotta do is draw out two of the objects, both with different sizes or proportions or angles or positions. I suggest that within this one short hour, you can draw something that you are VERY familiar with, or something that is around you (e.g. your hand, specs, bottle). & don't waste too much time doing the pencil sketches, please do colour something on it!
For the 2nd part, it's like doing scrapbooking! There are titles provided for this 2 hour paper. Choose one & cut out everything you can find in your magazines! It's stress free & very fun indeed. Think of making a handmade card for your loved ones. If you want to know more about techniques of scrapbooking, I suggest that do take a visit down to Made With Love at Plaza Singapura. Your inspirations will boost up to the max! A few layers of pasting & some combinations of your own drawings are recommended as well.
The Fashion Design & Arts Merchandising & Management students are tested on different stuff. From what I know, they have one extra writing essay about your opinions or ideas of the renowned industry. & you gotta talk about the materials & stuff. But this is purely based on what my friend told me. She said the test's alright =)

As a brief, I had a happy week =)
1. It's Auyeong's birthday & I went back to school. Met all my old allies & sidekicks!
2. Jeff's back! Like forever! Miss him a ten thousand thundering typhoons!
3. I got my phone black z610i, with my own $$!! Cheap, user friendly, no tacky techno stuff (for idiotproof believers like me), no handset (great, I hate earphones!), good keypad ( My nails are so long that the flat touches are just right for me), and most of all, the easy front design! I can decorate all the way I want! (DIY comes in handy!)
4. I passed my Driving law test ( I didn't complete studying the 500 questions, my teacher doubted heavily that I will pass, & now I proved that he's wrong!) , & took my first driving lesson just now!!
5. My birthday's coming! Even though I have no idea why am I so happy of getting old, but aren't everyone should be happy when their one & only day's coming!
6. Got my latest Cawai! magazine. Don't know why but it cheers me up a way mile lot!
7. Got new stuff for my room! Sponsored by Coco! Champaign, Victorian, Lace lace n more lace!
8. Everyone's been praising at my manicure! Nails are my new lump of happiness! I can even do spikes on my Wilson volleyball without spoiling any of them!

While I went to the general office to collect my yearbook ( my drawings were published in it!), the twins helped me carry my bag! **Touched
Seriously I think my button nose is way ugly. But it's been with me since I was born so I love it like how cute it is! This is a way of making myself happy ( s-s again ahahah)
